Easter Cupcakes

I remembered at 9pm that I was in charge of making cupcakes for my sweet little boys preschool Easter celebration. For a split second, I thought to make the boxed cupcake mix int he pantry but the guilt took over. It was another late night making homemade cupcakes for my sweet guy. I'll do anything for my babies!!

NASCAR Cookies

When I got this order, I have to admit I was a little nervous.  I know nothing about NASCAR and had to do some research.  Caroline was going to celebrate her 14th birthday at the Talladega racetrack.  She loves car #99~Carl Edwards.  Here's my take on a NASCAR theme.
