Elmo and Cookie Monster Cookies

I made these cookies for a sweet little girl who is turning two.  I made these for her 1st birthday!!  Wow...time flies!!!  This year she is having an Elmo and Cookie Monster party.  Here are the cookies that mom and I came up with.  The outline is covered in sugar to give it a little bling!
