Eggs and Bacon Anyone??

My son is in Pre-K.  Each week they work on a letter.  This week we are on "E".  We have snack tomorrow and I like to coordinate the letter of the week to the snacks I send in.  Since I figured most children would not be fond of Edamane, (LOL) I decided to make these.  They are super easy to make and my son is so excited to bring in.  Anything for my baby!!!

Apples!!

For Christmas this year, a sweet little boy in my class gave me a personalized cookie cutter.  I had to try it out and gave the cookies to him and his family to enjoy!!
